Morten B. Keller
CEO and Managing Partner. Co-founder of MAKE Consulting. Morten focuses on strategies, supply chain and commercial and financial aspects. Morten has held managerial positions within business development, marketing and communication at NEG Micon and Vestas Wind Systems, and has been Senior Renewable Energy Analyst at Nordea Bank.
Thomas Karst
Director at MAKE Consulting. Thomas Karst has worked with international contracting and project business for Danish and British companies for more than 20 years, of which 16 years have been in executive positions. Thomas was a member of the Group Management in NEG Micon from 1999 to 2004, in charge of the International Contracting Division. Prior to joining MAKE Consulting, Thomas was Senior Vice President in Vestas Northern Europe and stationed in the UK as Managing Director of Vestas Celtic Wind Technology (UK and Ireland). Before this, Thomas was the Director of the Vestas Offshore Group.
Steen Broust Nielsen
Director at MAKE Consulting. Steen has many years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining MAKE, Steen was Director responsible for strategy, communications and market intelligence for LM Glasfiber. For several years Steen has also served on the Boards of the European Wind Energy Association and the Global Wind Energy Council and has a large experience with global and national policy issues relating to climate, renewables and particularly wind power. Steen focuses on market research as well as business development towards developers, IPPs and utilities.
Dan Shreve
Director at MAKE Consulting. Dan has several years of experience in the renewable energy industry, most recently as the Wind Energy Market & Competitive Intelligence Leader at General Electric Energy. Prior to joining GE, Dan worked as a Strategy Analyst at Plug Power. Dan is responsible for our business activities throughout The Americas and works out of our office in Boston, USA.
Luke Lewandowski
Advisor at MAKE Consulting. Prior to joining MAKE, Luke Lewandowski spent several years in the renewable energy industry, most recently as a Market Analyst with LM Glasfiber. Luke focuses primarily on the North American market, including supply chain dynamics and market developments as well as competitive strategies in the supply chain and among utilities, IPPs and developers. Luke works out of our office in Chicago, USA.
Celia Sun
Chief Representative and Senior Advisor at MAKE Consulting. Celia has spent many years in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining MAKE, Celia was Senior Market Specialist and Account Manager with LM Glasfiber in China. Prior to joining LM Glasfiber, Celia spent several years working with sales and marketing with ALCOA. Celia focuses primarily on the Asian market, including supply chain dynamics and market developments as well as competitive strategies in the supply chain and among utilities, IPPs and developers. Celia works out of our office in Tianjin, China.
Ann-Kathrine Brigsted Pedersen
Business Analyst at MAKE Consulting. Ann-Kathrine focuses primarily on global market surveillance and intelligence, including developments in political frameworks as well as key trends and strategies adapted in the different parts of the value chain.
Elena Farnè
Advisor at MAKE Consulting. Elena focuses primarily on global market surveillance and intelligence with key focus on strategic movements and developments among developers, IPPs and utilities. Prior to joining MAKE Consulting, Elena has held positions in investment banking with Saxo Bank and has worked as a consultant on renewable energy projects, among others, with Promos - Camera di Commercio de Milano and South Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency.
Tian Tian
Business Analyst at MAKE Consulting. Tian focuses primarily on global market surveillance and intelligence, and carries out research and analysis work. Tian works out of our office in Tianjin, China.
Brian Gaylord
Business Analyst at MAKE Consulting. Brian brings four years of experience in the wind industry, most recently as a renewable energy market analyst with the Trade Commission of Spain. At the Trade Commission Brian advised Spanish companies with their entry strategies to the U.S. wind power market. Brian is responsible for market surveillance and analysis in the Americas with a particular focus on the supply chain and both regulatory and project development in Latin America. Brian works out of our office in Chicago, USA.
Robert Liew

Prior to joining MAKE Consulting, Robert has worked several years as business analyst, latest as International Researcher at Tsinghua University in Beijing. Robert works out of our office in Tianjin, China.
Madhu C. Manda
Business Analyst at MAKE Consulting. Madhu focuses primarily on global market surveillance and intelligence, including developments in political frameworks as well as key trends and strategies adapted in the different parts of the value chain. Prior to joining MAKE, Madhu worked in Wind Strategic Operations at General Electric in India where he performed competitive analysis for global and regional markets. In addition Madhu was responsible for GE Energy’s competitive intelligence activities in India. Madhu works out of our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
Belle Zeng
Business Analyst at MAKE Consulting. Belle focuses primarily on global market surveillance and intelligence, and carries out research and analysis work in the Chinese market. Prior to joining MAKE Consulting, Belle worked in the wind business segment of SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co. Ltd., a global leader and innovator in inspection, verification, testing and certification services. Belle works out of our office in Tianjin, China.
Tong Wang

Steffen H. Sørensen
Senior Technical Advisor at MAKE Consulting. Steffen has worked with wind turbine technology for 10 years, starting at NEG Micon and continuing at Vestas, where he was responsible for implementing feasibility studies for new turbines and technologies. Steffen focuses primarily on technological analyses.

Torben Bjerre-Madsen
Chairman and co-founder of MAKE Consulting. Torben is a non-executive Board member in a number of international companies, including companies within the renewable energy sector (solar, wind and biogas). Torben has considerable experience in project business, and has held positions as CEO of NEG Micon and Deputy CEO of Vestas Wind Systems, as well as other executive positions in international project companies.
Niels Holger Poulsen
Non-executive member of the Board. For the past 20 years, Niels Holger has been a trusted advisor and management consultant from his position as international partner and member of the global management team in PA Consulting Group. Niels Holger has worked with management teams in a number of large companies. He is now on his own, still acting as a trusted advisor in leadership and management issues. Moreover, Niels Holger is a non-executive director in a number of privately-owned companies.
